Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- How to Initiate a Replacement:
Contact our customer service team at cs@salahsalar.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
Provide your order number and details about the issue.
- Replacement Process:
Upon receiving your request, we will review the case.
If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
- Refunds:
This policy covers replacements only. Refunds are not offered unless specified under exceptional circumstances.
How long do perfumes last?
The longevity of a perfume can vary depending on factors such as the concentration of fragrance oils, individual body chemistry, and environmental conditions. We offer the highest concentration. On average, you can expect a perfume to last anywhere from 8 to 10 hours.
How should I store my perfumes?
To ensure the longevity and quality of your perfumes, it’s important to store them properly. Keep them away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity. It’s best to store perfumes in a cool, dark place, such as a drawer or a cupboard. Additionally, make sure to keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use to prevent evaporation.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping across Pakistan when your order value is above Rs. 5,000/. A delivery charge of Rs. 200 will be applicable on any order value less than Rs. 5,000/.
